Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Hora ("the app", "we", "our"). By downloading or using Hora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Hora on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.

Subscriptions

Hora offers an auto-renewable subscription called Hora PRO, available as a monthly or annual plan. The subscription unlocks PRO features such as Widgets and Backlog.

• Title: Hora PRO (Monthly) or Hora PRO (Annual).
• Length: 1 month or 1 year, depending on the plan you choose.
• Price: The price is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase, in your local currency.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling: You can manage and cancel your subscription from your Apple ID account settings on the App Store after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Free trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law; (b) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the app.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
